Shipping Policy

We ship from Dubai. Most orders go out the same day they’re placed.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all UAE orders over AED 150. Below AED 150, shipping is a flat AED 15.

All times are from the moment your order is dispatched. We dispatch the same day for orders placed before 2pm GST (Sunday–Thursday). Orders placed after 2pm or on Friday/Saturday dispatch the next business day.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, you’ll receive:

1.    An immediate confirmation email with your order number.

2.    A dispatch email with your tracking number, usually within a few hours.

3.    SMS tracking updates from our courier partner.

Express / Same-Day Dubai Delivery

Orders placed before 12pm GST within Dubai are eligible for same-day delivery at no extra charge for orders over AED 150. You’ll see this option at checkout if your delivery address qualifies.

Failed Deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all 3 attempts fail:

•       For Dubai: contact us and we’ll arrange a re-delivery at no extra charge.

•       For other Emirates: a re-delivery fee of AED 20 applies.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

What We Ship In

All NUDAY orders ship in tamper-evident packaging that protects the product from heat and humidity. We use ice packs for orders shipped during the summer months (May–September) where applicable.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We’re working on expanding to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the wider GCC. Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of any page to be the first to know.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track any order anytime by:

1.    Logging into your account at nuday.ae

2.    Going to My Orders

3.    Clicking the tracking number next to your order

Customs and Duties

Not applicable — all UAE orders ship duty-paid from our Dubai warehouse.
