UAE: Dubai same-day or next-day. Other Emirates: next-day. Remote: 1–2 days. International: 3–7 days. Orders before 2pm GST dispatch same day Sun–Thu.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping UAE orders over AED 250. International varies by country. Subscribers get free shipping every order, no minimum, anywhere we ship.
How do I track my order?

What is your return policy?
30 days no questions asked on unopened products. Opened products covered for quality issues. Email support@nuday.ae with order number.
What counts as a quality issue?
Damaged packaging. Wrong texture/smell/appearance. Missing items or wrong flavors. Anything that makes you doubt the product.

Product usage
When should I take Hydration?
Any time. Morning to start strong. Before training. After heat or sweat. After a long night. One stick per use.
How do I mix Hydration Sticks?
Empty one stick into 500ml cold water. Stir or shake. Drink.
Does Hydration contain sugar or caffeine?
Zero sugar. Zero caffeine. Sweetened with stevia. Just electrolytes, taurine, betaine, coconut water powder.
When should I take Creatine+?
Daily, any time. Take 4 gummies once a day, every day. Pre-workout, rest days, all days.
How much creatine per serving?
