Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
The 30-Day Promise
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
• Unopened products: Full refund, no questions asked.
• Opened products: Refund issued in cases of quality issues, damage, or product defect. We’ll ask for a photo to help us improve.
• Damaged or incorrect orders: Full refund or free replacement — your choice. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@nuday.ae with:
1. Your order number (starts with #NU)
2. The product(s) you’d like to return
3. The reason (a sentence is fine)
4. A photo, if the issue is damage, defect, or quality
We respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
What Happens Next
5. We’ll send you a return authorization and (where applicable) a free return label.
6. Send the item back within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
7. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund within 5–7 business days.
8. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank. Tabby and Tamara refunds follow their own timelines (usually 7–14 days).
What’s Not Covered
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers (we only sell directly through nuday.ae)
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Subscription orders already shipped (you can cancel future deliveries anytime from your account — but anything already in transit is non-refundable unless damaged or defective)
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. No fees, no phone calls, no awkward forms.
• Skip a delivery: by 11:59 PM on the day before your next scheduled order.
• Cancel entirely: anytime, effective immediately for future shipments.
If you cancel after an order has already shipped, that final order is non-refundable but you won’t be charged for any future deliveries.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
9. Check with neighbors, building reception, and your building’s parcel room.
10. Contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” status.
11. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and resolve.
We do not refund packages confirmed delivered to the correct address that were subsequently lost or stolen from that location. For added security, we recommend using a delivery address with a doorman or reception desk.
