Operated by GTLC FZE, free zone entity in Dubai, UAE. Contact: support@nuday.ae

2. Eligibility
Must be 18+.

3. Your Account
Keep login info secure.

4. Products and Pricing
Photos for reference. Prices may change. Final charges in AED. Taxes/duties may apply.

5. Subscriptions
You agree to recurring orders at chosen cadence (30, 60, or 90 days). Skip, pause, cancel anytime.

6. Orders and Payment
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay

7. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. See Shipping Policy.

8. Returns
30-day money-back on unopened. See Refund Policy.

9. Supplement Disclaimer
Dietary supplements, not medicines. Not evaluated by MOHAP. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult healthcare provider before starting.

10. Intellectual Property
All nuday.ae content owned by GTLC FZE. No copying, scraping, commercial use without permission.

11. Your Submissions
Reviews/photos = grant NUDAY non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use for marketing.

12. Acceptable Use
No illegal use, bots, scraping, unauthorized resale, impersonation, viruses, harassment.

13. Third-Party Services
Shopify, Recharge, Tabby, Tamara, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, shipping partners. Each has own terms.

14. Disclaimers
Site/products provided "as is" without warranty.

15. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect/incidental damages. Total liability limited to amount paid in 12 months before claim.

16. Indemnification
You defend/hold GTLC FZE harmless from claims arising from your violation.

17. Force Majeure
Not liable for events beyond reasonable control.

18. Changes
We may update. Last updated date shows recent change.

19. Governing Law
Laws of UAE. Disputes in courts of Dubai. Waive class action right.

20. Severability
If any provision unenforceable, rest stays in effect.

21. Entire Agreement
These terms + Refund + Shipping + Privacy = entire agreement.
